CURRICULUM
An outstanding range of subjects comprise the Middle and Senior school curriculums. Some subjects are grouped together into 'faculties', for example:
Vocation & Society includes: Business Studies, Public Services and Travel and Tourism, Psychology, Sociology, Law, Computing, Media & Film.

Information
This is the third year of our partnership with Simon Langton Grammar School for Boys to provide a grammar school band at The Canterbury High School facilitating a comprehensive school for all the talents. Early data suggests approximately 35% of the intake could otherwise have been placed in a grammar school based on academic ability but have chosen The Canterbury High School because of the wealth of opportunity and the outstanding facilities for sport, for performing arts and for practical learning.

Pupils at The Canterbury Primary School automatically qualify for a placement at The Canterbury High School.
The Key Stage 2 results mean that the school is amongst the highest performing in the area. The quality of provision at The Primary School continues into the High School and ultimately into the Sixth Form.
