The Canterbury Academy provides a host of extra curricular activities and clubs for our students to participate in. There are a number of clubs run by various departments and external providers that run before, during and after school.
There is also an extensive calendar of house competitions across all subjects. The winning child's house will earn 400 points in each competition, 2nd place earns 300, 3rd place earns 200 and 4th place earns 100. All participants receive reward stickers for taking part.
We have a range of non-term time activities for children aged 5 upwards available to all young people from across all schools.
Riverside Youth Centre and The Canterbury Youth Team run activities for young people aged 11+.

The Canterbury Academy is a hub school for Kent Children's University. We run a range of activities which are open to children from all schools. Discounts available for children of The Canterbury Academy.
