New telephone service
Due to the academy's growth, and in response to feedback at the parents' forum, we have installed a new phone service.
When telephoning The Canterbury Multi Academy Trust, if main reception is unavailable, you will be presented with a range of options which will enable you to reach the relevant part of the academy more quickly. In the event of a call being made out of hours there will be a facility to leave a message.
The academy's phone numbers have not changed.
We hope this will improve our customer service.
However, with any new technology there may be teething problems and so we are always keen for feedback.
