Gymnastics Individual Floor & Vault Competition Success

Ten Canterbury High students from Key Stage 3 took part in the Individual Floor & Vault competition at The Spires Academy last weekend.

This was the first time that several of them had had represented the school and some had only taken up the sport in September.

Due to their scores, the following students received medals for their overall position in their category.

• Luke Mattioli 1st (Year 7)

• Millie Blake 1st (Year 7)

• Leo Mapp 1st (Year 9)

• Micky Barratt 2nd (Year 9)

• Marcus Mattioli 3rd (Year 9)

Freja Howard and Mia Gage also received gymnastics ribbons for finishing in the top six for their category and Maddie Simon and Honey Hall also competed on the day.
