Year 13 band 'The Stay Lates' perform early morning gig for Primary Students

Our year 13 music programme band 'The Stay Lates' had an early start this morning as they entertained the children at Pilgrims' Way primary school.

The band were there to open up the school's annual Music Day and they did a fantastic job, receiving rapturous applause from both children and teachers.

They have now been rebooked to perform at the school's summer fete and have no doubt encouraged some musical youngsters there that Canterbury Academy should be their next destination!

The students involved were Heather Padgett, Jonah Hawkes, Ryan Burt, Charlotte Owen, Sam Clarke and Greg Feltrin-Radcliffe.
