Canterbury High School Tennis Students shine at Bromley Tournament

There was success for some of the Appeti Tennis School students last week.

Marta Poriete (Year 9) was runner up in the 14U consolation draw at Bromley. Ulrich Nienaber(Year 5) won the 10U event and Oliver Richards (Year 9) won the 14U competition.

Oliver was also successful in some other competitions. He was really disappointed at missing out in Bolton during a competition which saw him involved with the top 20 players in the country but he can gain great satisfaction from the fact that he played in three Regional finals over ten days. This is an impressive achievement and with the ranking points, should have put him up to number 46 in the country.
