Tamara Fournillier Onadeko - South East U13 Basketball Selection!

Tamara in year 7 has just been told she has been successful in the recent selection for the U13 South East England girls basketball squad. Tamara's coach has commented on how tough selection has been for this tournament and how hard Tamara has worked in training to prepare for the squad selection. Tamara has been provided with a strict training programme and guidance on nutrition leading up to the competition. Part of Tamara's training is to shoot 500 free throws a day which she has been fully committed to this week down in the PE department.
