Brighton Fringe Festival

The dancers performed at the Brighton Fringe Festival on Wednesday 20th May as part of local company Ceyda Tanc’s Youth Dance Platform. The performance was held in the Brighton Spiegeltent, a circus style ‘in the round’ performance area.

The dancers performed their new work called ‘Encounter’ a contemporary piece exploring the themes of gang culture and physical group ensemble work, choreographed by Sam Blackden ( Cascade Dance).

The dancers were selected through application to perform their work alongside other high profile youth dance companies such as FuzzyLogic Dance and The Brighton Academy.
